Seeking Employment
Seeking Internship
I have just completed my requirements and education to become a licensed trainee. As rising residential property needs require a larger appraisal workload I wanted to ask what value could I offer you at this time? My education hours are fully completed and my work hour completion would prepare me for the licensing exam. I reside in Las Vegas and have fully completed my education hours:

• 30 hours basic appraisal principles; • 30 hours basic appraisal procedures; • 15 hours National USPAP; • 15 hours residential market analysis and analysis of the highest and best use of real estate; • 15 hours valuation of a site and cost approach for a residential appraiser; • 30 hours residential sales comparison and income approaches; • 15 hours of instruction on residential report writing and case studies; and • 3 hours of Nevada Law. I have also completed 4 hours of Commission Hearing attendance and this market interests me greatly. I’m familiar with most areas in Las Vegas and am open to expanding my knowledge further.

Seeking a Supervisor
My name is Trina Moore. I am seeking a supervisor who is willing to teach and mentor me to become an excellent Real Estate Appraiser. I have completed all my Trainee/Intern Pre-Licensing requirements including the 2024 USPAP.

My degree is in Secondary Education – General Science, with a Minor in Biology ( Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology ).  My education and career have provided advanced mathematics, observational skills, analytics, research, precise communication, and organization; all these skills are needed in appraising.

When I began the process of changing careers from education into real estate appraising, I was misguided in the process of this industry’s training culture. I completed all the classes on my own while working full-time and as a single mother of three without, knowing an appraiser.  I am committed to becoming an Intern/Trainee and have the requirements and skills.  All I need is a Supervisor who is willing to give me their time, extra effort and quality training.  My contact information: Phone: 702-580-1687 Linkedin.com/in/trina-moore-075334339 TrinaLuvsTruth@hotmail.com
