Seeking a Supervisor
My name is Trina Moore. I am seeking a supervisor who is willing to teach and mentor me to become an excellent Real Estate Appraiser. I have completed all my Trainee/Intern Pre-Licensing requirements including the 2024 USPAP.

My degree is in Secondary Education – General Science, with a Minor in Biology ( Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology ).  My education and career have provided advanced mathematics, observational skills, analytics, research, precise communication, and organization; all these skills are needed in appraising.

When I began the process of changing careers from education into real estate appraising, I was misguided in the process of this industry’s training culture. I completed all the classes on my own while working full-time and as a single mother of three without, knowing an appraiser.  I am committed to becoming an Intern/Trainee and have the requirements and skills.  All I need is a Supervisor who is willing to give me their time, extra effort and quality training.

Seeking Internship
My name is Robert Hartry, and I am a senior at UNLV, graduating in December 2024 with a BSBA in Real Estate. I have been an AI Student Affiliate member for the past two years and will be taking the USPAP and trainee course through AI, as well as the Nevada Law course, after graduation. I have been an active Nevada Real Estate salesperson since 2016 and have 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including the last 10 years as an active originator.

I am seeking an internship under a licensed CR or CG for the next 2-3 years. While my primary experience has been in residential real estate, my academic focus and professional interests are now shifting to include commercial real estate.  If you are a Certified Residential or Certified General appraiser seeking a dedicated and experienced intern, I would love to discuss how I can contribute to your practice while advancing my career goals.
